Meeting of descendants of repressed Germans from Kazakhstan and Germany

A significant meeting took place in the village of Dolinka on July 10: descendants of German political emigrants from Kazakhstan and Germany, whose families had faced political persecution in the Soviet Union in the past, visited the Museum of Memory of Victims of Political Repression. As part of the visit, a detailed excursion was conducted for the guests, and an exhibition was prepared, including archival documents and photographs. The guests from Germany were especially impressed by the meeting with local residents, whose ancestors were also political prisoners of German nationality. The guests shared their family stories, creating an atmosphere of mutual understanding and support.
