May 31 - memorial - "Open Doors Day"

Day of Memory of Victims of Political Repression and Famine in Kazakhstan is a memorable day on which the Museum of Memory of Victims of Political Repression of Dolinka village holds an annual event - the action "Open Doors Day" dedicated to the memory of people who died and suffered during political repression and famine. The museum has become a place of visit not only for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also for guests from near and far abroad. On this day, a group of specialists from Japan became participants of the action, which are engaged in research of burial sites of interned Japanese in the 40s of the last century.
